About
Hackystack publishes opinionated editorial analyses of peptide, biohack, and longevity stacks that people post publicly on Twitter, Reddit, podcasts, and blogs.
What you'll find on a stack page
- A hot take. Two or three sentences. We say what we think.
- A 0–100 overall score and letter grade, plus per-goal scores across longevity, cognition, sleep & recovery, energy & metabolism, and body recomposition.
- Per-ingredient breakdown: dose, timing, evidence level, mechanism, and an opinionated dose critique.
- Risks and interactions across the stack, sorted by severity.
- Estimated monthly cost.
- A link back to the original post, with the verbatim excerpt quoted.
How scoring works
Each stack is scored 0–100 across five goal axes. The overall score is a weighted average — weights are set per stack based on the goals the original poster says they're optimizing for. A pure longevity stack weights longevity heavily; a pure sleep stack does the opposite. Letter grades use a standard A+/A/A−/B+… mapping.
Editorial stance
We're opinionated and willing to call doses reckless, mechanisms theatrical, or protocols incoherent — but always with reasoning. We are not licensed clinicians, and nothing here is medical advice. Every page carries that disclaimer because it's load-bearing.

Get in touch
Email hello@hackystack.org. Things we like to hear about:
- A stack you want reviewed. Send a tweet/Reddit/podcast link and we'll consider it for analysis.
- A correction on an existing stack — wrong dose, missed interaction, mischaracterized mechanism, sourcing assumption that's off.
- You're the original poster of a stack we covered and want a correction, an update, or removal.
- Tips on protocols flying under the radar in private servers, group chats, or smaller communities — we won't quote screenshots without permission.
- Press, partnerships, or research collaboration requests.
