Hackystack (the "Site") is operated by Longevity Insights LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Editorial commentary, not medical advice

Hackystack is editorial commentary. It is not medical advice. Every stack analysis on the Site is opinionated commentary based on publicly posted material from Twitter, Reddit, blogs, podcasts, YouTube, and similar sources. Doses, mechanisms, evidence assessments, risks, and cost estimates may be wrong, out of date, or context-inappropriate. Compounds discussed include prescription drugs, hormones, peptides regulated as research chemicals in many jurisdictions, and lifestyle interventions with real biological consequences.

Do not use the Site to make decisions about your health. If a stack interests you, talk to a licensed clinician — ideally one with training in the relevant area (endocrinology, sports medicine, preventive cardiology, etc.). What works for the original poster may be unsafe for you, and a confident-sounding analysis on the Site may simply be wrong.

2. Quotes, attribution, and fair use

We quote excerpts from public posts under fair-use principles for the purpose of commentary and criticism, and we link back to the original post in every case. If you're an author whose post we've covered and you'd like a correction, an update, or a removal, email hello@hackystack.org.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape the Site for commercial republication; misrepresent the Site's commentary as endorsement by any author quoted; use the Site to harass individuals named in stack analyses; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Commercial relationships

The Site may, now or in the future, include affiliate links, sponsored content, advertising, or commercial relationships with vendors, clinics, or other parties. Where any such relationship exists for a specific page, we will disclose it on or adjacent to that content. The presence or absence of a commercial relationship does not change our editorial stance on a stack.

5. Intellectual property

Original content authored by us — analyses, scoring, hot-takes, dose critiques, and risk callouts — is © Longevity Insights LLC. Quoted excerpts from third-party posts remain the property of their respective authors and are reproduced under fair use. Compound names, brand names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Longevity Insights LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to any decisions you make about your health based on Site content.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
